Today, Apple released the third beta for developers as scheduled, now the registered developers can directly download iOS 7 beta 3 (bulit 11a4414e) for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, If you has installed beta 2 on your device, then you can directly update 3 via OTA (Just launch the Settings app and navigate to General -> Software Update to update) The OTA update is safe for non-developers without a UDID using the ‘update’ trick.

No matter if you have a registered UDID,  you can upgrade to beta 3 anytime from 6.1.X as long as you want, just need to download the iOS 7 beta 3 ipsw file from the links below, then click on “update” Button in iTunes to install the ipsw file.
